We want you to be completely satisfied with RiftPanel. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and straightforward refund policy.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans (Pro, Business, Business Pro) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the Software does not meet your expectations or does not function as described, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds are granted in the following situations:

  • The Software does not function as described on our website
  • Critical bugs that prevent normal operation and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases
  • Request made within 14 days of the initial purchase date

4. Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund period
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the Software
  • Issues caused by unsupported server configurations or third-party software
  • Failure to meet the minimum system requirements (Docker, 1GB RAM, Linux)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Subscription renewals (you can cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges)

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Instead of cancelling, you can downgrade to a lower plan (including the Free tier) at any time. The Free plan includes core server management features and never expires.
